Noshimochi, spinach bread
I made a flat rice cake and cut into some pieces and put them in a freezer. (sorry, but this photo is no good)
Now the machine is making a bread. Recipe is my original.
40g spelt flour(10% of the weight)
12g gluten flour(3% of the weight)
348g all-purpose flour
60g spinach
50g roasted unsalted sunflower seed
and suger, salt, margarine, water, soy milk, yeast.
後日談ですが、翌朝、できたパンはこんな感じでした。
