spaghetti with tomato sauce, peanuts butter cookies

Finally, I could drop all Christmas cards at the post office. It is Sunday, but they were open untill 4 o'clock. When I reached there, it was just before 4 o'clock, because it took a long time to find a parking space. At that time, there was a line and they already refused any other customers. But one of the post-office clerk is a mother of my daughter's ex-classmate. She noticed me and I could buy the stamps. Then we went to the Bulk Burn to get some breakfast cereals. Most of the weekday morning, we have cerials. I got wheat square, hemp granola, bran flakes, crispy rice. It is easy to take many different kind of nutrition with breakfast cereals and soy milk.
I made a spagetti with tomato sauce for dinner. This time I made a souce from fresh tomatos, garlic, a pinch of chili and extra virgin olive oil. It was very good and very tasty like a spagetti at a good Italian restaurant. For dessert, I baked peanuts butter cookies. I really enjoy cooking these days.
