Mortgage Life Insurance, Critical Illness Insurance

I went to the TD Bank at lunchtime to get some booklets on mortgage life insurance. So far, my mortgage specialist hasn't mentioned those things yet, but it is better to consider it beforehand. According to the booklets, they are offering 2 insurance options. One of then is "Life Insurance". This one can pay off the mortgage balance up to $500,000 in the event of his/her death. Another option is "Critical illness Insurance". This coverage pays the mortgage balance up to $300,000 if diagnosed with Cancer, Acute Heart Attack or Stroke. This insurance is only available with "Life Insurance".
