So I work for a Japanese company, we often receive emails from Japan. Not only me, but also others, even they don't understand any Japanese language. Most of those emails are written in English and Japanese. But I feel funny when I see my coworker or manager checking emails written in Japanese. But a manager who is Chinese said that he could understand 60% of a Japanese message because of Chinese character(kanji). It is good to know any foreign languages no matter what.
