Desperately seeking home

Today was the last day of this long weekend. I went for a walk around the neighborhood with my daughter. One of my friend who is a mother of my daughter's best friend told me why her family bought their house and moved into that area. In Toronto, all elementary schools, intermediate schools(junior high school), secondary schools(high school) students are designated each school by their residential address. It is not an entrance exam nor report card score. If you want to let your children go to any of the good schools, you might move into that school area. The friend family live in only 2 blocks away from my place. We checked some condos, apartments and houses. Of course I can't afford those houses!! In that area, there are not many rental apartment buildings. It is very hard to find a high-rise condo. Instead of condo, I found 3 new townhouses' construction infomation. I shoud do research more. After that I let my daughter play at playground, it was hot and nice. I felt very refreshesd after walking. We spent healthy hours.
