found a good one

Today, after work I went to 2 sales offices for condo & houses with my daughter. First, we went to check a condominium, but that was no-pets-allowed building. We don't want to have that type of property. Then we went to see another project. I found there was a big difference from any other sales offices. This one opened just a couple days ago I think, but more than 70 or 80% of townhouses were sold, looked like more than 40% of houses were sold. I think people had registered to see the details in advance. Many cars were parked at the parking lot. People were just keep coming even it was a weekday. The location is very good. It is located between my apartment and my workplace. It's within walking distance to TTC subway station. There are schools in the neighborhood. May be this is it!
