My duties

My duties at work are customer service and system administration and accounting. Our company sells car accessaries like audio systems, security equipment, and provides releted services. If indevisual customers have some problems or questions or requirements with their car audio, etc., they go to their nearby car dealership. And dealers contact us about repair, replacement, warranty, or something like this. So we have only one office in Canada, they contact us from all over Canada. As a service I take care of those phone calls and doing data entry. As a system admin, I monitor our server's operational status, installing or updating or upgrading softwares and hardwares. If our network have some troubles, I contact to the related companies to solve the problems. Accounting job is still difficult for me. However, I am very interested in this task. I make a financial report and forcast every after month-end process, 6month-end, year-end and I budget for the next year and revise for the second half. I want to make more accurate reports for our business.
