Cost-of-Living, Quality-of-Living

On 20th blog, I mentioned that Toronto took the third place in the courtesy ranking. Today, I found some other intresting ranking. Those are cost-of-living ranking and quality-of-living ranking. Both surveys were conducted by Mercer Human Resource Consulting. On the C-O-L survey, the city of Toronto is in the 47th place climbed up from the 82nd, while Tokyo dropped down from the 1st place to the 3rd place. On the QOL ranking, Toronto took the 15th place, Vancouver is in the third, Tokyo is in the 35th place.
