Dental cleaning & brace check

On the lunch break, I went to the dentist to have a cleaning and a brace-check. The last cleaning was on January 31. To have a dental cleaning regularly is quite common in Canada. When I first had a cleaning after entering Canada, that was in November 2005. My teeth had got a lot of tartar, a hygienist tried to remove all of it, but she had to ask me to make an another appointment. I was bleeding from my gum so badly. At the last cleaning, another hygienist taught me how to use a dental floss very clearly. Thank her, I get into the good habit of flossing. Today, they also replaced a wire of my brace. I got a thicker wire this time. All my upper teeth and gum, even my nose bone feel funny. Probably, the second stage has started.
